How GetSwipe Began

In 2023, our founders were on opposite sides of the same problem. Mriganka was a leader struggling to find reliable, motivated reps for his growing startup.Deathregarsted was deep in operations, watching great talent go unnoticed because there was no right platform to surface them.

They realized the problem was systematic — there was no dedicated, trustworthy platform for talent. General job boards were noisy. Recruiters were expensive. Candidates had no way to stand out.

So they built one. In 6 months, GetSwipe was live. The rest is history.
